Visitors cannot contact you
The form fails, email goes nowhere, or the phone button does not work.
Website Rescue fixes the broken, outdated, or confusing parts of an existing small-business website with a clear scope and no surprise work.
Your site does not need to be completely broken to create doubt. One failed form, unreadable mobile page, or dead link can be enough.
The form fails, email goes nowhere, or the phone button does not work.
Text is cramped, menus disappear, buttons shift, or the page scrolls sideways.
Customers hit errors when they try to see services, proof, or the next step.
The page explains the business but gives visitors no strong reason to call or inquire.
Old hours, outdated services, stale photos, or missing trust details weaken credibility.
A plugin, theme, update, or previous contractor left unfinished work behind.
Website Rescue is for an existing site that needs focused repair—not a disguised redesign with an open-ended invoice.
One website. Up to five agreed fixes within a standard half-day website repair scope. Scope is confirmed in writing based on the expected professional effort for diagnosis, implementation, testing, and launch—not stopwatch time.
The remaining balance is due before the completed changes are launched.
Some problems are bigger than a focused rescue. You will know that before additional work begins.
If the site needs a larger project, JMB will provide a written proposal instead of forcing it into the $495 scope.
Send the website and describe what is not working or what customers struggle to do.
Jon identifies the agreed fixes and confirms whether Website Rescue is the right fit.
After the deposit, the site is backed up first and the approved fixes are completed.
You receive the summary, pay the balance, and approve the completed changes for launch.
You speak directly with Jon—the person reviewing the site, defining the scope, and doing the work. If Website Rescue is not the right answer, you will hear that before paying a deposit.
If the current site cannot support the business anymore, JMB also designs and builds complete websites. The larger project is scoped and quoted separately, with a clear direction before you commit.

LeadFlow coordinates the home-improvement customer journey from lead through production. It demonstrates JMB’s ability to turn a complicated business workflow into a clear digital experience.

Work stops at the approved scope. Jon will explain the issue and provide a separate quote if you want to continue. Nothing beyond the agreed limit is automatic.
No. WordPress is one of several platforms JMB works with, but Website Rescue is not limited to WordPress. We can work across many common website platforms and codebases.
Yes. A backup comes first whenever the platform and hosting access allow it. Any limitation is discussed before changes begin.
Website Rescue will not be used to squeeze a redesign into a repair package. JMB will recommend a separate website project and provide a written proposal.
Send the site for review or call Jon directly.
